Any kind of bad smell is a huge turnoff for me.
How to avoid it: Wear something that smells nice. Nothing overpowering...just some deodorant and a dab of something that smells nice. That's all.
Lack of confidence. I hate that...
How to avoid it: Don't look down. Look up and smile. Finish your sentences if you start them. Don't be afraid to say something if you want to say it.
Thse are really the main two that bother me. I have a thing for good smelling things, so...It's just horrid having to be with a smelly person for me. And I love girls who feel confident enough to look up, smile, tak openly, and not be shy.

Smoking, number one. Tattoos, gossiping and always deriving their sense of humor at the expense of others. Narrow hips combined with extra weight, showing sideways over the hips. Short lesbian-looking hair. Contrives drama, lives with 5 or more cats, loves Rosie O'Donnel, Susan Sarandon and every other radically leftist b-word.
I asked God to send me a dream one time so that I would stop thinking about a certain girl at work. I had a dream that I got hairs of hers in my mouth, went to pull them out, and gagged because they were down my throat.
Yeah, I thanked God the next morning. So I guess.. yeah, that.

When I'm talking to them and they turn around and head for the nearest exit in fire drill fashion. That's a definite no-no. Of course it could be the subject matter. Last week I was trying to get an answer on what's the worst pest- termites, fleas, or roaches.

stupidity, stuck up, angry all the time, makeup if they dont need it, to much eye liner, being to flirty with a guy if you already know he likes you.
And Alyssa your a stuck up bi.t.ch you should just leave. No guys gonna like you if you act like that.

cheating, lying (or not telling the whole story), flirting with other guys, bad smell, obnoxious, need to be center of attention at all times

here are some of mine
-outright, sheer stupidity and ignorance, and not caring about it
-obsession with looks, and nothing else
-obsession with fashion, clothes, etc. more than more important things
-Clingyness, to a degree that's ung-dly...too much and its just not worth it
