I think it is the demon wanting you to stay sitted instead of making you quench your thirst from drinking the juice. Stop your demon from making you lazy.

There is no demon. You are personifying your urges and desires in your head. Your body to some extent tells you things in your mind, like if you are really tired, go to bed, or if you are really thirsty go get something to drink. You always have the free choice to do whatever you please.
