Does anyone know a Chinese proverb or quote about "a person who talks too much and is not a good listener?

I am looking for a quote pref. Chinese or Greek about a person who doesn't listen. Or a person who talks too much. Or even better, something that kind of combines that whole concept. If not Greek or Chinese, any quote will do. Also, I need the source. Someone help...

I can't think of anything Greek offhand.

All I can think of is, you have two ears and one mouth because you're supposed to listen twice as much as you talk.

Though I'm not sure how that works out if everybody does it. Something doesn't seem right about the ratios.
