Did the government give you the blood? If not, there's no case.

Even if they did, you're likely WAY past the statute of limitations.

Doubt it. You probably had to sign something before they gave you the blood, unless you were passed out and you needed that blood or die. In either case, any medical procedure is a risk, you just had to accept it over dying or something worse happening to you. I don't know if we even knew about the virus or had the resources to test all donated blood for it back then. You were unlucky.

It's the American mentality to always demand the perfect cure, the perfect treatment, medication, etc, that does exactly what you want, without any side effects or risks whatsoever. They sue otherwise. This is part of the reason our healthcare is so darn expensive.

You're welcome to try, but there's nothing there. If you could get past government immunity and statutes of limitations, and actually find somebody to sue, the fact remains that transfusions are known to have risks, not all of them known, and the hepatitis C virus hadn't even been identified then.

I got it from hospital transfusions and they attempted to hide it from me . I plan on suing them . The test of course will be the statue of limitation , but when they altered the records which I now have . Then it changes to attempted homicide and there are no statues on that .

Get a lawyer. Your gonna have to have evidence that you had it and everything. Who are you gonna sue? Seriously.
