lately I have not been able to get hard anymore. My girlfriend is really disappointed that we cant do anything anymore and it is really bothering me. I have no idea why i cant get hard anymore either. I randomly get hard sometimes but it never happens when i want it to.
I use to get hard really easily all the time and it was kinda annoying but now i barely get hard at all. I love my girlfriend with all my heart but i am afraid that this is gonna lose our relationship.
If anyone can give me some advice please do........I am really upset about this!

Well, if there was ever a time that you masturbated a LOT or had a LOT of sex, then sometimes that can actually cause you to not be able to get hard. However, I don't think that applies here. Only you know that :)
I would say to try calling your doctor if you have one. It could be something a lot more dangerous with your health, as much as it could be that you just need to try some viagra or something for erectile dysfunction. Either way, for the sake of your health first, and your relationship next, you should get it checkout out by a doctor.
Good Luck!

I don't know how old you are but you sound young. Stress is the largest contributor to erectile disfunction. Interestingly enough EVERY man will experience this at some point in his life. Other causes may include drugs. Certain types of drugs such as certain SSRI's will affect the bodies ability to direct the flow of blood. In addition, drugs such as diazapham (valum) will interfere with your ability to achieve an orgasm. 420 will also interfere over a long term. So, cut out any drugs. In addition, go down to Wallgreen's and ask for "Yohimbe". It may assist you short term. it is in the herbal remedy section and works by dialating your blood vessels. Take one about half an hour before sex. If this problem persists over a long term, you should see a family physician as there are other things that could be wrong such as tumors, etc... As always, assume your partner has every STD known to man and wear a condom. Take responsibility.

You could just be putting too much pressure on mr winkey. It that's all you're thinking about chances are you're psyching yourself out. I would also consider asking a dr. Sometimes it's okay but if it's happening all the time even alone then there might be and underlying problem. More than likely it's just stage fright for mr winkey and too much pressure for you. Try it on your own see if you can get him out of his *ahem* shell.

Maybe you have something wrong internally. Not to scare you. Or your just going through a change. You shouldn't worry though. Stress will only make it worse probably.

Sometimes stress can make that happen. Relax -- clear your mind -- and just let yourself enjoy the moment. Try not to think about it or worry about it.

You should see a doctor and she needs to be supportive. If this ruins your relationship then she wasn't worth it things hppen and she shouldn't end things over something you can't control.
