I think it VASTLy depends of a woman's personality and sense of humor and how you executed the line.
If you said it in a way that was more "kind obsever" that "lip licking perv-o-phile" I'd smile, laugh and then tell my friends to make them smile and laugh. I'd feel hot all day, but wonder if you were just being silly or serious?
If you said it in a nasty way while staring down my **** and *** then i'd make an icked out face and tell everyone about the "arrogant bastard" that tried and failed. then i'd start wearing less short skirts.

a little creeped out by the word "delicious"... if a random guy came up to me and said "you're pretty" i would laugh and think it was some kind of joke LOL

that depends on the girl but if it was me id smile and say thank you or something. maybe just laugh alot, some girls might find it insulting. youd have to find a girl that looks fun or happy to say it to. lol

Depends on who said it. If a very attractive guy said it, I would be flattered and would want to get his number, lol. Otherwise, I would be disgusted and offended.
