If he's not calling you, then either he is really busy - or trying to avoid you. Give him a call, and find out why he's dodging you - if that doesn't work, then there are only two choices left:

Either you confront him in person, or just walk away knowing that you are better than this - and do whatever you can to get him out of your mind.

Confront him about it and try to settle things. If he only want's to do it and your not ready tell him you're unsecure about it and ask him to wait a bit longer. If he doesn't want to be with you break it off and tell him, he's like a brother and you want to be friends.

maybe he found someone else! that happened to me when i was in hs and i asked him about it and even though it hurt me he told me that truth. and the asshole still wanted to be with me. i dumped his ***. and he made a big deal over nothing he even told his mom i dumped him she called me and i even made up that i was engaged to someone else so that he could leave me alone. when it turned out that he was the one who messed up our relationship!!! a few months later i met up with my ex and he proposed to me. not the same one who was cheating though.
