I just got a new frig and it look awfully bare up there any suggestions? I know it is a stupid question! LOL

Get a cat. Mine loves to lounge up there. She reaches down and swats us when we get things from the fridge sometimes. She's a real diet aid.

Personally, I have placed the Microwave on top - one of the many things you have to do when you have a tiny (apartment)kitchen. Other than that, you could put just about anything you can think of...
Just don't put anything that can be affected by a slight warmth up there (I'm thinking of the user who mentioned beer) - it can get a few degrees warmer up there (especially if it's recessed into the wall slightly).

Mine is near a window and I have a spider plant that is growing like crazy up there. It looks great with the vines cascading down the sides of the fridge. I wonder what it would look like with one of those wave petunias cascading down the side?

The first thing I would put up there would be that new Saran Wrap that grips. Then when it gets greasy and dirty up there just tear it off and replace it. Don't know about yours, but the top of my fridge gets really gross!

A basket of platic fruit with some greenery would be nice. I put a picture of a French bistro scene on top of mine and it looks great.

I keep the dog treats up there. It creates a cool little ceremony for rewarding them. When they see me reach up there they know what's coming.
