Boy, that last word really changes the tenor of the question, doesn't it?
Catholicism is not particularly tolerant of homosexuality. I'd guess closeted Catholic homosexuals come here because going to their priest for advice might not be the best idea.

They probably do not understand the the Church's true teachings on homosexuality.
They need to know that merely being gay is not a sin; that they are welcomed to worship alongside heterosexual Catholics at mass, among other functions of the Church.

The question to gays - why are they so confused about their sexuality? Will they eat through the ears or nostrils? Abnormal isn't it. Do not blame catholic boys - the culprits were sex starved priests.

i would say that their family is catholic and being raised in the church. as they got older and understood there sexuality would be afraid to come out. that and by doing so the church would basicly kick them out.
