It surely does. Everything you eat affects your complexion. If you have acne, you need to be religious about what you're eating.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

First of all, eating chocolate does not cause acne. Second, eating fruits and vegetables is good for your body but it is not going to "heal acne." Eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water and cleansing you skin in the morning and at night can all be good for skin but again is not going to heal any skin care issues. If you have acne and have used products for it that are not helping you need to visit a dermatologist and they can recommend an affordable skin care regimen.

Depends what kind of acne treatment your on about and how bad your acne is. If your on about things you can buy from a shop then you ll be lucky.. acne tends not to go with things you can buy in the shop in fact sometimes it will make it worse. Go to your doctor, seems like a bit much but they should listen as acne effects peoples life's. Ive been on antibiotics for around 4 years now, and Ive been refereed to a dermatologist free on the NHS... which should get rid of my acne!! (i only have mild acne really id call it just spots) Definitely worth trying!!

well yes! cuz fruits and vegetables clean our organism..

for example.. when we eat a lot of meat and we dont ear salad... we're not eating anything for to clean our oarganism... that's the reason why pleople have a high level of uric acid on their blood, and doctos tell to that person that have to eat fuits and vegetables...

now... acne is create by the grease we eat... and what clean grease???... fuits and vegetable!...

by the way you can use a soap for your face.. cuzdust, polution, etc can be a factor....

oh! and pears are the best fruit for to clean your blood

As part of a balanced diet, or by replacing fatty or greasy food that you would be eating otherwise...yes it will help.
