If I cross a busy road twice a day is there any chance I will be run over?????.........I think you will come to the same answer.

Quite possibly.

Quit now whilst you can.....I used to smoke 10 a day (more when I was out on the beer) but I feel much better now I dont smoke at all. The craving is still there sometimes when I am out for a beer but so far I have not had one...........2 years on.

Smoking just 2 a day can effectively diminish the positive effects that the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamin C can have on your skin. Plus in many cases the 2 a day habit is unlikely to remain at 2.

I would suggest you quit ASAP. The dangers of light smoking is not in the smoke itself, it is in the inevitable habit-forming properties of cigarettes. As a former smoker, I cannot stress enough the ability for a few cigarettes a day to turn into a pack a day.

Are you worried about getting on a bus, driving a car, drinking coffee, drinking a beer or a few glasses of wine, inhaling carbon monoxide, diesel fumes, using certain brands of shampoo or detergent, breathing in cfc's or fumes from deodorants or air freshners: eating beef, green potatoes, kebabs or any food classified as junk; radiation from your phone or a mast in your area;getting run over by a drunk driver, attacked by a drug induced nutter; mugged by a 9 yr old, inheriting genes which may lead to a fatal or disabling disease? Cigarette smoking is not to blame for all life evils! But it's a good bandwagon to jump on these days if you want to make a name for yourself and scare the s*** out of everyone else!

yea, it dont matter how many you are smoking the point is you are and it dont matter how many your still doing damage to your body, not as much as you would as if you smoked more but why even cause damage to yourself and risk getting health problems just for the sake of a few ciggies.

A friend of mine needed a heart bypass, the cause of which was probably smoking. She's so addicted to the evil weed though, that she still smokes and I can see it killing her eventually. I can only repeat what others have said and advise you to give up, both for your own sake and for those who love you.

It has been demonstrated that even one a day increases both your cancer and heart disease risks. This is one of the reasons that passive smoking is so dangerous.

Tis better to have none, odds are 2 day won't hurt you but
IF you can keep it at 2 a day is a different story. Odds are you will increase your per day habit

It's easier to quit 2 per day vs 100 a day BTDT
