Yep! there are few methods that i know

1) when u start a program 1st time it notes down the date. every next time when u start the programs it looks if the current date of the computer excedes the 30 days limit from the date it had noted(when it was run 1st time) then it locks the SW.

To get rid of it just move your computer clock date back to a date that when ur softwares retsart and chaeck the date it runs the SW by saying that u have left -- days left :p

2) the second way is that your software puts an entry into your computer registery. In this way cheating is ot easy ... However sometimes Uninstaling and then reinstalling the software again gives u 30 trial days but in some tricky software they put an entry somewhere in your system so in case they r re-installed they came to know that they was already installed before and had completed tehir trial days so they won't work even we reinstall them ... (in this case the solution is to reinstall your windows by Formating your C: drive NOT just upgrading/repairing)

well you can reinstall it again, but first you have to uninstall it, the right way, all programs have a uninstaller,, use that, when it is uninstalled then in windows explore goto the program fold and delete the folder for that program, then see if it will reinstall again..

you never said what program it was..

You can bypass it but it's illegal.
Buy the program you what to use.

Or Google it.
Don't ask us to help you commit a crime.
