CVS has some overnight pimple eliminators. Check their website for acne spot treatments. I even saw one in the store for when you can't help yourself and pop the pimple. There are some that are homeopathic and contain no harsh chemicals to irritate your skin. There's one called Nelson's Acne Gel that helps dry out existing pimples and prevent new ones from forming.

Some simple medicated lotion, like Nature's Choice or Noxema or Clearasil Ultra works fine. If you want them to disappear really fast, try Retin-A (a medicated ointment) that you can get at a dermitologist's office or a drugstore. i forgot the exact name, but there's this really good oatmeal paste by proactiv that has pimples gone in hours. i usually just sleep with it on overnight, and my pimple is gone or nonvisible by the morning. if i run out, i usually use toothpaste instead.

I like the toothpaste idea...
Also, I've heard if you crush up asprin and mix it with enough water that it'll stay on your face, it'll clear it up. I'm not sure how well it works, though. I'd try the toothpaste first because it's much easier.
