Yes, I do believe that. I know they are not written about in scripture, but that doesn't mean they didn't exist. There were several things not in scripture that certainly did exist. I believe that we didn't have the scientific evidence to know they existed when the books of the scripture were actually being written.

Of course.

I'm a Christian who believes in evolution and I certainly don't buy into the idea of a "young earth". I've read Genesis several times, and I don't understand why that book leads people to think that the earth must be less than 10,000 years old.

Dinosaurs existed, walked the earth, and died out millions of years before mankind ever came into the picture. To suggest that man and dinosaurs coexisted is ridiculous, and stretching "personal interpretation" of scripture to its limits.

Not only do I as a Christian believe that dinosaurs existed, I quite likely know more about dinosaur cladistics than you do.

(Like how, for instance, they still exist through their avian descendants.)

Many of us do believe in evolution, you know. And even know something about it.

Of course, why would anybody not believe when proof is available. Evolution has nothing to do with God creating the heavens and everything else........I seem to remember reading in the Bible, after Cain slew Able, and all the Begetting.......There was a passage something like "So were the generations of the evolution of Man..........This I think is proven because after Cain slew Able, WHO DID CAIN MARRY to start all the Begetting...Just wondering.........Nuf Said

Yes, they existed, just not millions of years ago.

There are several pieces of archeological evidence that support the fact that dinosaurs and people existed TOGETHER. Cave paintings of dinosaurs in Africa are one example of such evidence.

Yeah, something like that.

edit: I get a thumbsdown for saying I do? Dinosaurs are mentioned in the bible. People walking on all fours are not....

Do archeologist's find bones? We also find them right next to human bones also, so that says humans and dinosaurs existed together!

AHHH! the truth of the Bible.
