Is there a program out there that will scan my running processes for viruses/trojans?

Is there a program that I can use that would tell me exactly what all the running processes on my PC are?

Exactly not but simply applying your intelligence after going through the list of running programs you can decide & delete them from your PC & it's name is "hijackthis" which you can't get after msconfig.

Well, all antivirus software programs which have real time protection monitor running processes. The same is true for all anti spyware programs which have real time protection. For example, Windows Defender, Microsoft's anti spyware program, monitors all running processes and alerts you of any suspicious activity. Of course, if you perform a manual scan, these programs will also scan all running processes as well.

Press Crtl+Alt+Del to launch the task manager and click on the "Process" tab to see all running processes. Most anti spyware programs also lists running processes.
