The fact that you asked such a question makes me doubt your status as a supposed "sociopath."

If you feel that your behavior is endangering yourself or interfering with your quality of life, then you should visit a psychologist. Your condition is probably more Conduct Disorder than Anti-Social Personality Disorder. This being the case, seeing a psychologist should help you out a lot.
