i've heard in one song this: I'm so tired.
But, it 's the same to say : i'm too tired?
whats the difference?

If you are form Mexico, you will undestand this

I am so tired = estoy taaan cansado

I am too tired = estoy muy cansado

I'm SO tired is a statement of frustration and exasperation.

I'm TOO tired is a statement of explaination as to why you cannot or will not do something.

The difference in usage would be as follows:

1) I'm so tired that I can't raise my arms.

2)I'm too tired to get you a drink.

they are both fragments of a sentence. the best adjective to use is very tired because it completes the sentence. the other two requires something afterward
I am so tired (I could sleep for a week)or
I am too tired ( to make out tonight, maybe tomorrow)
but I am very tired completes the thought..

I'm so tired = estoy muy cansado - estoy tan cansado
I'm too tired = estoy demasiado cansado - o en el argot normal, estoy cansadísimo.

so tired just means your very tired

too tired means that you are too tired to do anything (for example you want to just go to sleep)

Bueno, "i'm so tired" significa mas como, "estoy tan cansado" como diciendo, "estoy cansado de (una cosa que pasa)...Pero "i'm too tired es "estoy demasiado cansado" como diciendo que esta demasiado cansado que ni siquiera quiere hacer ninguna cosa. Por ejemplo, "estoy demasiado cansado para comer"

"I'm so tired..." - I can hardly move, but I might still be able to do something anyway.

"I'm TOO tired..." - I can't and won't do ANYTHING!
