As a command it is 'Corta el cesped' or 'Corta la grama' If you are asking a question (polite way of requesting a task to be done) then it will be 'Cortas or Corta el cesped?' (singular) or for 2 or more people it would be 'Vosotros or Ustedes cortan el cesped?'
