If you are heavy I would suggest wearing tight clothes with some loose clothing over. It will help you sweat off the weight and keep everything from bouncing around. If you are trim and just run to stay healthy I would suggest tight.

It really depends on u....And what u feel most comfortable with....Me personally, I like to wear some loose running shorts, and loose running shirt......I don't like for when I sweat, that the fabric is pretty snug on my skin.....Occasionally, I do wear cotton spandex running shorts, but when I do, is when I am going to do a sprint workout.....Whatever makes u feel the most comfortable, whether it be loose/tight running clothes, go with that!!! =)

Don't go to tight. You want to run comfortable. But also, don't go loose because you shouldn't have to put up with your clothes. Overall Under Armour is probibly to tight but a normal tee shirt or 'normal fit' under armour to wick away moisture is also a good idea. Run hard. Run comfortable.

If you are running easy then you should wear something that does not restrict your movement. I like sleeveless shirts so they don't ride up or get out of whack. I like loose shorts so they don't ride up either. I don't like to wear spandex because I can't find a pair with a rolled up pair of socks sewn in the front.

It depends where you are on the HWP charts .... just to be safe, wear loose clothing!! There is nothing scarier than an overweight person in spandex!! I should know, I've scared the hell out of my neighborhood earlier this week.

Whatever you are comfortable in!! You are out to run, stay fit and have fun, not participate in a fashion show :)
In summer that will proabably be running vests/singlets and split shorts, in winter long sleeve tops and tights.
If you suffer from chaffing - use bodyglide
