Yes.

Religious sisters (nuns), religious brothers (monks), and priests take vows of chastity (not virginity) promising to never have sex (again).

When you take Holy Orders, you typically are promising to commit to "poverty, chastity, and obedience". While the Church is kinda anti-sex (outside of marriage), they're not going to reject a legitimate vocation because you weren't celibate before you found the calling. And, of course, if you've got a late vocation (say, after being widowed), it's no sweat.
