Since coming to R&S have actually started questioning God in a good way? I mean like when you hear the gospel on here, and have actually "thought" about it, with all pride set aside....how many of you have turned a soft heart towards God?
In ALL honesty now! And even if nobody says they have....this does not prove that God does not work, but only shows how much more right Jesus was when saying the world would hate those who are saved, because they hated Him first--- and also shows how conviction stirs someone up- because deep down they know there has to be something right about the gospel....
yet they do not want to see it, because that would mean they would have to give up sin and submit to God. But how many of you have seen the goodness of God through hearing the gospel on here? Have understood His love? And what He did?

I like your sentence in the middle, 'conviction stirs someone up....' Yes, and that's why there are so many negative responses for this. But let it be that way, because in these end days, as the Bible says, the fools will become still foolish and the wise, wiser. The godless will go still go down into depths of godlessness. That is what is becoming right now. But we are privileged people, people of hope, that one day we will see the risen Christ in all His glory and welcome Him into our midst. Others don't have this hope and so they despise us and are desperate...

Nope, but then I'm not Christian, so I just get annoyed by the page long bible-quotes. Already read it, see no reason to repeat the experience.

And I've never met the Abrahamic god (who I assume you're refering to) so I have no opinion on the matter. However, since coming here I can honestly say that I'm glad the Christians I know are smart, nice and accepting people. No preaching, just living as best they can. Much more effective than cut-paste.

Christians plant the seed and God will give the increase.
The non-believers are staying to hear more and struggling with the truth. They need to recognize the Spirit of God tugging on thier heart and the sin conviction. They need to cry out Jesus forgive me.I need your sin forgiveness.I need to accept your blood shed for sin. They need to recognize he is the only way to the Father and Heaven.

I can tell you that since I have been on R&S my faith has become stronger. I seem to be digging even deeper into the Word of God and new things are revealed to me daily. There are also some wonderful people on here who say little, but their words hold power. . . .something we all could learn from.

Have had many wonder people share their hearts for God on here. There are some who are for REAL, and others who think they've made it. I've had some atheists show more respect than those who say they are Christian at times.<><

As a Christian YA has brought to light how much segments of our culture hate God and Christians. It has reaffirmed how much our world needs to know the Truth and how much more committed as believers we need to be in telling others the Gospel. Like you I pray that God will soften the hearts of those lost souls on YA and that as Christians we would have wisdom in how we share our faith.

This pithy and pathetic Yahoo R&S program is not strong enough to change my views. I still unshakably believe in God.
