I don't usually answer these types of questions because I believe that Americans would never let this bill or any thing like it pass but...No I do not think that illegal aliens or their supporters are aware of the dire consequences amnesty would create not only for them but for their friends and neighbors. This is about winning at any cost to many of them. You can see it clearly, if you post a credible link they deny it as bogus, they hide from the true facts and tell us because they are un-aware they ( the facts) do not exist. They (illegal supporters) are letting their racist views cloud their judgment.
According to the PEW hispanic research center the vast majority of illegals were gainfully employed before illegally entering America. The same source states that they do not want to become legal, they do not care about amnesty or assimilation. I am very confidant that America will not let any bill that would sacrifice the future of our children for the future of those who undermine our lively hood pass.

No, to answer your question, Illegal Aliens will not realize they will be denied jobs. And, they won't be denied jobs anyway.
1. Employers who pay "under the table" end up paying the tax on that money since they cannot write off non traceable expenses. So, the employer will now have to pay all the costs an employee takes up rather than the 25% tax rate on the money so it should cost them about the same.
2. Only 25% of Illegal Aliens are paid "under the table."

No sh*t. That would be the only good thing about it. They would then join the ranks of the unemployed in this country because more illegals will make their way in to take their jobs! Did you know that less than 2% of illegal aliens actually pick our crops (their standard reasoning for coming here), but 26% of them live on WELFARE and that 95% of the outstanding warrants for MURDER in LA county are for ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS? Makes you wonder why our politicians want them here so badly, doesn't it?

How do other citizens find jobs? Whats the difference if they find one to if another citizen finds one? I mean, if they already have a job and they decide to quit it, which many of them wont unless they already have another job to fall on because that would be taking a huge risk and place getting fed and family on the line, then try finding another job, the job they would find would be a huge improvement to the job they would be working then. Many of the undocumented that receive their citizenship are still going to work no matter what and no matter where because that is what they came here to. I still don't understand why they would be denied jobs. There are jobs everywhere and if people need it they will be able to find it.

Being a citizen does not prevent you from illegally getting paid under the table. Many citizens born in this country do it.

Come down to LA you will never get rid of under the table jobs they will always be there. Of course under the table jobs don't pay well and citizens might be inclined to work elsewhere LEGALLY in the US. EXAMPLE HOTELS AIRPORTS, WAREHOUSES ETC

Hmmm, so what will business do? They will either have start paying them minimum wages or go over seas.....Don't you realize that corporate America bares some accountability? As far as illegals, many won't even come forth, this bill will NOT solve the illegal immigration in this country....We need to enforce our borders and start holding our own citizens accountable, like this govt. and business....

Does that mean they won't be able to make their house payments and their cars will be repossessed when they can't find work? Oh, dear, I guess they will be just like the rest of us then...
