We've been together almost 6 years now! We met when I was in 9th grade at a friends birthday party. When she introduced us the first thing he said was "Damn!" lol I'm serious. Then when I was getting ready to go home I was in the bathroom I heard him in the other room telling the girl (who had the party) that he wasn't leaving without my number! It made me feel sooo good!. Anyway... I'm 20 & he's 21 now & we're completely happy! I know we fell in love young (and everyone said it wouldn't last but we didn't listen) but I don't even think about what it would have been like if we didn't fall in love and were together this long... Now we have a beautiful 12 month old daughter together & we're soo happy and wouldn't have it any other way!

I met her at work, she used to sit right behind me. One day shortly after I had moved desks she came up and said "hey I don't see you around anymore." So I replied "oh do you miss me?" and she laughed. At that point it was like high school, we would exchange notes back and fourth and start bringing each other food or candy at completely random times. One day I decided to leave my # with her and told her to call if she wanted whenever. To my suprise, she called one day and we decided to meet for a movie. For the most part we both went in thinking we were just friends but there was definate chemistry between us. Let's just say that neither of us really got a chance to watch much of the movie if you know what I mean. Ever since then we've continued to date and have fallen more and more for each other with each passing day. I never really expected it to happen, I suppose love catches you when you least expect it.

We met in North Africa in a mud hut both on holiday we met up again on our return to England and had a few dates she lived about 40 miles from me and I used to drive the 80 mile round trip 4 nights a week,just to see her

Then the fuel prices when up so I decided to marry her and save money WELL You didn't really expect me to get romantic did you ??? But the first paragraph is true and happened 31 years ago

Here goes ...
Newly divorced with a 6 year old daughter, and I had moved from England to Wales for a new start. A friend came to visit and bought me a modem, and installed it into my computed and taught me how to use Yahoo chat rooms. I had to stay in every night because of my daughter and was really lonely, so it was great. One of the first people I talked to, other than my Mum and my sister, was Doot65. We loved chatting and he told me how he had just caught his wife of 10 years cheating with someone SHE met in a chatroom, so he was a bit wary of it.
We chatted every night for 6 hours a night, for 3 months. He eventually asked if he could come over from Northern Ireland to meet me, and although I was nervous, I agreed.
He came over, and only went home to collect his things! We've been together 6 years now and are getting married in August. We've just decided to try for more children.
We;ve got lots of special memories, too many to mention!

i worked in a bar and he came for a job interview! he was gorgeous! it was love(or lust hahaha) at first sight for both of us. He got the job, and asked me out that week,we got engaged on the anniversary of the date we met, and amrried on that date 2 years later!that was 9 years ago. we've been married for 5 years and have a 7 year old son and a 3 year old daughter.We couldn't be apart now, every day is still as good as it was then! we are soulmates! I would do anything for him,and i know he would for me.

I met my significant other through some friends. He plays in a band and we've been together nine months now....he was playing at the time and kept coming over to our table and asked how we liked the music and was glad we came out to listen etc....next thing I knew he was at our table each time we went out, which was every weekend! He always pulled up a chair next to me and we'd joke around etc...next thing I knew I gave him my cell # and he called! He's nine years older than me, which I love because he's wordly, he's "been there and done that" and he's very clever =); he's not a male chauvenist at all, and I can't imagine being without him.

I met my boyfriend at Nandos, I was 15 and he was the first guy I was going on a date with (set up by my mate who I hate now lol) but unfortunatley I spent so much time trying to look nice I was 45 minutes late and didnt think he'd be there..... but he was :0) I sat smiling the whole time as he kept complementing me and making me feel like I was the only girl in the restraunt eating this horrible salad as I wanted to look healthy and went to wach Madgascar. He is my first kiss (after 2 months), the first person I fell In love with (4 months) the first person I made love to (5 months) and we have been together for nearly 2 years on (July 9th) and will be celebrating the two years and his b'day at Global Gathering 2007 , we may be skint as he's now an A level student and ditched djing and kept it as a hobby but he still makes me feel like his speial girl (when were not arguin). I'm glad he waited the 45 minutes or else I wouldnt have so many special memories as I'd be nothing .. I love him he's my world and has stuck by me through thick and thin, .... but..... Too long a story for on here, but suffice to say we met on a blind date in Dubai...she is Persian and I am English...she now lives in Chicago...it was 6 years ago and we are still doing everything to be together as often as possible.

I am one of those lucky people that when I first saw her face on a webcam in a Tehran internet cafe...it literally took my breath away...and still does.

My fiance and I met at my Uncle's funeral! We went out afterwards with a load of people and when we crashed at my aunts place, we sat up all night talking then he leaned in and kissed me and blew my socks off! 04.30am, May 3rd. That was four years ago and we are getting married next year. cannot believe I found my soul mate at a funeral but I suppose when you are not looking for it, love smacks you in the face eh?

we met 10 years ago, he worked in a bar and i was the punter! I thought he was gorgeous but he never seemed to notice me, one night i asked my friend to ask him out for me...(i was really shy) and she did, he looked over at me and then came strollng over and said hi......we exchanged numbers and a week later i met him again, we talked then after a while we had the most amazing kiss ever...we have been together ever since, he is the love of my life and im so glad we are together.....i never thought anything would come out of it but i really feel he is my soulmate!
