Stay indoors and do not take part in any sport or physical activity is the best way of avoiding injuries. Another way of avoiding upsetting people and causing them mental injury is to do your own homework.

your question & further analysis are two different things. "In Jury" means to be in a jury (or to judge another's guilt or innocence) when called upon by the law. however, "injury" is when you hurt yourself. what do you want? you want me to hurt you (injury) and then we go to court (in jury)? huh?
