Hmmm....I meant, if I made it, froze it, unthawed it for a few days and realised I still couldn't eat it all....can I freeze it again?

Of course you can, whenever I make Chili or Spaghetti I always make way too much. I freeze the leftover (spaghetti sauce not the noodles) then when I don't really feel like cooking I thaw that and it is an easy quick meal.

it's fine to Freeze your meat....then defrost to cook with it.....then freeze it and unthaw to eat again but i wouldn't recommend re freezing it again after that.
