I don't think it is generally wrong.
What you need to understand is that when you call someone sexy, what are you thinking in your mind? Hmm? Sex. Is it a statement or does it promote sexual urges?
Then once you get all worked up, you need to address this urge. Then comes either adultery (if the woman/man you find sexy is not your spouse and you act on the urge), fornication (you may pick up someone for a one-night stand), or if you are a sicko, you may force someone like a date rape or watching someone to contemplate rape. Do you get the picture?
God is interested in what motivates you.
Have you noticed that many advertisers always sell their products with sexual innuendos? Owning this car will make you sexy, this shampoo will make you sexy, heck I've any seen food being sexy. Ugh! Give me a break.

Because they share the same basis of belief (the Tanach / Old Testament), both Christianity and Judaism can not be true at the same time. Either G-d can have a son, or he can't. Either Jesus was the messiah, or he wasn't. Either Hell exists, or it doesn't. It's one or the other. i agree with the previous answerer who wrote that most religious Christians do not need Jews to "prove" anything, because they are secure in their beliefs enough to say "we're right, the Jews are wrong." But Christians who see that there are major contradictions between the Jewish and Christian scriptures and are not secure in their faith, need Jews to give up their beliefs in order for theirs to stay firm. Since both faiths simply can't be true, it's not enough to leave it at they said / we said. They need the other truth to be refuted. After all, if there's no Hell, why would anyone need to be saved? It's a very serious question. Jews, on the other hand, have a certain amount of religious security, as their religion came first and has not changed, and its practices are only meant to be held by Jews. It doesn't matter to Jews if people of other faiths have different beliefs - even contradictory ones to Judaism - because they're not Jews, and the Torah belief system is not binding on them anyhow.

Christainity is about the mystery of life.
Sex is how life is created. Like many of God's gifts we can use to promote good or evil.
Being "Sexy" is good when your intentions are to love and promote life. "Sexy" can also promote "Lust" which is the path to death and destruction.
Calling others "Sexy" has the same good/bad effect. When you call someone "Sexy" to help them bloosum, and feel great about God's gift of sexuality and life, then it's good. However, to call someone "Sexy" to validate your pride, lust, and selfish desires, well you're back on the path to death and destruction.

Our Father, God, created his people in beauty and in wonder. "Sexy" is merely one of the ways that the human race has recently adapted to describing the wonder and awesomeness of his creation of humanity. You must, however, be careful enough (by the power and strength of His Spirit) to not let it go to your head and puff you up with pride. Just take it in stride, be thankful, and give the honor back to Him that gave you the sexiness in te first place.

Too sexy is wrong.
Christian choose not to drink in public because there are alcoholics among us who might be hurt by our drinking (Not because it is a sin ) There are also sex addicts out there who could be hurt by you looking too sexy. Not to mention the fact that you might get raped or something.
It's just a courtesy

Don't listen to the mormon. They once believed in multiple partners, which is directly against God. Joseph Smith, their "wonderful" prophet, was married to over 50 women at once. No personal satisfaction there, huh?
In answer to your question, we are to dress conservatively, so as not to cause temptation in the eyes of men. We are speaking of desires of the flesh, and Christians are to live and think spiritually, not carnally ( or physically ).

It depends on your intentions. Trying to be "sexy" shouldn't be a main concern of yours unless it's for your husband.

Nothing wrong with being sexy but you should dress conservatively because a woman should not tempt a man to sin and vice versa.
Thou shall not committ adultery.
Thou shall not covet... (This sin appears in our hearts and head before an action is taken.)
Scripture says for us to guard our hearts. I believe our heart is revealed through our eyes.
You see something first, then you covet it in your heart, therego adultery.
