I just don't mind gays or people of an other colour or think that woman are lower than men. Are all religions so nasty? I don't want to convert or anything I just wanted to ask.

Ok I know you can't just tell me I just want to know if there is a religion in this world that treats gays, woman and everyone as equals.

Only the religions of Hinduism and Buddhism do not discriminate in the way you ask. I was brought up a baptist! I find all religions hypocrytical! Although i would judge anyone for their beliefs i think that some religions are very judgmental.
also i found that the people who teach & preach tend to bend the rules to suit themselves! i reckon you're better off being yourself without becoming a part of any religious group! you sound like you've got your head screwed on.

Try the Unitarian Church. It is a non-conformist protestant church which respects all individuals and teaches us to live a life that is open and without condemnation of others and tolerant of litrerally everybody.
