What? What are you talking about? Does that statement make any sense at all? We want alternative fuel sources to alleviate global warming so what is your point?

Why wouldn't he? If it would eliminate the gases by reusing them and hopefully converting them into something useful, rather than harmful to the environment. However, it would be a temporary thing, because eventually we would use up too much. We need some or we would end up reversing the effects to such a degree and cause global cooling which wouldn't be good either.
