I have been having stomach issues since january 14th. This has also been accompanied by back and neck pain. Stomach cramps and headaches and dizziness/lightheadedness. Also constipation and naseua...I am now wondering if this is a parasite. I had heard from a friend who had a parasite and had similar symptoms any other info on parasites symptoms?

Parasite symptoms depend on the specific parasite. Since you didn't mention a specific one, it would be too hard to list symptoms here as there are numerous parasites all with different symptoms. No matter what type of parasite though, if it is intestinal, medical intervention is required. You can not treat it yourself. So, see a doctor. He will determine if you have a parastie, what type it is and what treatment is needed.
BTW, those symptoms are so vague and so common that they can be caused by many different illnesses or conditions that are totally unrelated to parasites. If you have been ill that long, you should have seen a doctor a long time ago. Please see a doctor...it is not fun to be sick all the time.
