By "nerve pills" are you asking about anti-anxiety medication or anti-depressants?

Some anti-anxiety medicines are taken PRN (i.e., as needed), whereas others are taken daily. These are prescribed for persons with anxiety disorders.

Anti-depressants are taken daily. They are prescribed for persons with mood disorders (particularly major depression and dysthymia).

Nerve Pills?
I am on Diazepam aka Valium one at night before bed. I am on Lyrica, one at night before bed. Reasons, Diazepam to stop muscle spasms, Lyrics for neuropathic pain, both due to Arthritis.
The Diazepam was diagnosed after I found myself waking up, hugging myself?
The Lyrica when I was having pain in the center of both hands and feet at 3am, so no sleep.
I take them every night without fail.
