lol, assuming you didn't agree, this question is kind of hard to answer because you didn't say whether you like him more than a friend and how old you are. If you were in your 20s or 30s and you liked him as well it wouldn't sound as weird as it you were younger and/or only liked him as a friend- then it would be really weird.
He just sounds like a horny immature guy to me. Tell him you just want to be friends. Or if you really like him then go for it, obviously.

You may think you're just friends, but unless he's gay, he wants to do you. Trust me, if I ask a girl to shower with me, I expect more than the soap to get worked into a lather. Normal heterosexual men don't just shower with women to conserve water.
