Women answer this? Do women often consciously wear tank-tops for sexual attention (to get laid)?

I’ve seen so many people these days wear the type of tank tops where you can see their boobs hang out. This includes middle scholars and people on job. Do they wear them because it’s comfortable or more for sexual attention (to get laid)?

I love wearing tank top b/c they are comfortable, simple and not too fussy while being very appealing and flattering to my figure. To your question if a girl only wants to get laid she will do/get it doesn't matter what she is wearing. But I don't want to get laid or will do it and b/c I'm wearing a tank top does not mean that is what I am thinking. Because I could walk around in a swimsuit all day and still have the same morals. And everyone wears tank tops.

It is not a matter of being a bad person. Respectfully, I would suggest that you start at the beginning and understand the fundamentals of Islam before wondering about tank tops. Being a Muslim means we submit to God. What we "feel comfortable" with or what we "like the idea of" is irrelevant. Allah sent revelations and prophets to us to guide us. If we could figure out the best way to live all by ourselves, then that would not be necessary. So, just because you do not understand something or the wisdom behind it doesn't give you an excuse to disregard an order from Allah. He knows what is better for you, even if you don't understand why something is better. It is a matter of trust in Allah and acceptance of Him as your Creator and ultimate guide. So I would suggest that you put aside all of the rules for now and work on building your iman and learning the foundations of the Islamic teachings of what it means to be a Muslim on the inside. Then, inshallah, you will have the ability to follow all of the rules with a glad heart, knowing that you are submitting to the One who loves you and has designed a beautiful way of life for you to follow.

Me personally, I'm in my mid 30s, I will wear a nice tank top with capris if I go out for casual evening when it's hot, I'd never wear one to a job or "just out", you know? I'm more civilized than that. It's trashy yes, if parts of the body are showing and need not be.

Women like to be comfortable. Men go around without a shirt because it is comfortable - it would be for us, as well, but we are not legally able to run around shirtless. The older a woman gets, the less constrictive clothing she wants to wear.

P.S. Women don't need to try very hard to get laid, sweetie - most men are very, very easy.

i often wear tank tops. sometimes for both, not neccessarily to get laid because i dont do that. when i go to my boyfriends house i usually wear tank tops cuz i feel pretty in them. although i am not the kind of person who shows off my boobs, showing off my shoulders makes me feel good about myself. only in certain peoples company though, like if his friends are there i dont do it. they are also very comfortable. and cool in this dying heat.

I think a lot of women need the attention and affirmation. But I doubt if they're really doing it just to get laid.

I dont wear them but I know people who do and I have wore them before and they are very comfortable alot of women like to be naked and those are the closest thing they can get with cloths on

Maybe some do, but not all. When it's hot outside it's more comforable to wear a tank top, simple as that.

I think more for comfort. I myself wear tanks but only when I'm not looking to impress. It's something people wear when they are hot but you are right some girls take advantage and wear it to look slutty.

Well even though many woman should keep them covered because it just looks damn scary I think its because they are comfortable with there body's and use cleavage to get what they want. Your a guy don't you like BOOBS?
