The only person that can put a freeze on your credit is you. Contact the credit bureau and they will help you.
1. Equifax 1-800-685-1111.
2. Experian 1-888-397-3742.
3. Transunion 1-800-916-8800.

Contact the credit bureau that you contacted to put the security freeze on your file.

You would have to contact the help section of whichever site you are using. Hopefully you have gone straight to the source (TransUnion, Equifax or Experian) as opposed to some 3rd party site.
Any-who, if you attempted to put in some information trying to verify that it's you and the information was not accepted, it *should* give you information about who to contact. You will then have to prove that you are you in some other manner.
