It is truly disturbing to me that in this age of science that a project like this could get any backing. When are these fools going to wake up and realize that "creationism" was disproved a long time ago? I'm sorry if it upsets your belief system but deal with it!

I have to laugh at how threatened evolutionists are by the Creation Museum. If your beloved fable on the origins of man is so sound why do you have protesters outside the museum? I would think you would be content with the facts and welcome any scrutiny that might challenge your evidence. For those evolutionist who are secure in your beliefs I would challenge you to go to http://www.sciohio.org/ for a healthy reaffirmation of your faith.

Ridiculous, yes, Surprising, no. If you have a museum, that some how makes your beliefs "fact," don't you know? It's like someone was sitting around in a room thinking, "How can we prove that creationism is real to people . . . I know, let's build a museum! No one will ever be able to challenge that!"

What I don't get is why so many Christians are opposed to scientific explanations of the world . . . yet they keep mimicking scientists (i.e. putting up museums, conducting experiments, etc.)?

The Fundamentalist Christians doth protest too much, methinks . . . .

When are they going to realize that they are attempting to undermine the entire US economy? The vast majority of our exports are based on science and technology. Give these people a chance to tell gullible kids that science doesn't work and everything you need to know is in the bible, and next generation will have no scientists, doctors, or engineers - and we'll be a poor country.

I could think of much better things to do with 27 million dollars... but that's the issue, isn't it? Not much thinking going on there!

Here's a few:
* feed the poor
* housing
* health care
* environmental issues
* inner city problems

and on... and on... and on...

The WORST part, is they used science to build the place! What, you think those animatronic robots are a gift from god? Nope, just the application of science... kinda like the antibiotics most "believers" take when they're sick...

Wait a sec! Sick? They shouldn't get sick! They're "Intelligently Designed", aren't they?

Gimmie a break.

It shows the lack of science being taught in the public schools the past 20 or so years. Most biology classes skip evolution as a topic to avoid questions from "Christian" parents. That void is filled stupidity like this.

The fault , dear Brutus, lies not in the Stars, but in ourselves.

You need to visit the museum and maybe pick up a Bible while you are there.

I guess you didn't see this on the creation museum's website:
Over 4,000 people came through the doors of the Creation Museum on the first day the one-of-a-kind facility was open to the public. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, “The museum opened at 10 a.m. with about 500 people in line and with license plates from 31 states and two Canadian provinces in the parking lot of about 600 spaces.”

Looks like people are interested to me.

Jesus Christ WILL return...will you be ready or will you be left behind?

Someone once said that suckers don't deserve to keep their money, so the Creation Museum is doing the proper thing.

Not if they erect a giant statue of the Flying Spaghetti Monster at the entrance. Because after all, their arguments prove the existence of YHWH no more than the existance of an earth-creating FSM.

From over here, in the UK, this museum looks like a disgrace to your country.
Is there nothing in your constitution that protects against people touting out-right lies as education?
