I'm not sure.. the best you could do is to go to a pharmacist and they'll be able to tell you whats available.
Good Luck

Disclaimer: There is no FDA-approved OTC product for treatment of diarrhea in children under six.
Be that as it may, Children's Imodium works well for toddlers. Dosage is normally 1tsp(5ml) after every loose stool, up to 3tsp in a 24 hour period.
Dietary changes can help a lot, too. Cheese normally does a pretty good job of binding them up. Also, anything with whole-grain fiber will add bulk to the stool, which helps stop the diarrhea. High-starch foods, like plain white rice, can also be helpful.
Of course, it wouldn't be a bad idea to call the pediatrician and get his input. There are prescription products available that are inexpensive, effective, and safer than what you can get over the counter.
Remember that children at that age can get dehydrated VERY quickly. Make sure the child is getting plenty of fluids and electrolytes.

Kaopectate is the safestwithout any chemicals. Do not use Imodium for that young child.
Ask from the pharmacist, they will tell you. Make sure that your little fellow drinks a plenty of water or Pedialyte. You can give him watermelons.( It is diaretic but if he does not take fluids, more fluids go in than out ) That helped my daughter when she refused to drink anything. : )

Well I know personally that Metamucil works great and I do not think there would be any harm at all giving dietary fiber to a 3 yr.old but you might want to check the label first. And if that is out you can check on this website maybe they have some information that will help.

My sister in law uses what she calls the BRAT diet. It consists of Banana, Rice, Apples, and Toast. I don't know what the actions are that these foods are supposed to perform in helping diarrhea, but that's apparently what she does for it....

im sure there is.. but you would need to contact your pediatrician to see how much to give.
my nephew recently had a similar problem.. try pedialyte... that worked for him, and they are made for toddlers/infants.
