Define "very low"?

I like fruit - it's 50-100 calories depending on the variety and whether I have 1 or 2 servings at a time. However, I'll have a salad as a snack, and that can be 200 calories... some might not think that is a "very low" calorie snack, but for the nutritional punch in one of those (3-5 servings of veggies, 1 serving cheese, 1 serving lean meat), I find it low calorie for the amount of servings.
