You don't have to eat a lot of vegetables to lose weight, but you do have to eat fewer calories than you burn, either by eating less calories than you usually do or exercising more. Eat more fruits if you prefer them over vegetables. Otherwise, make yourself some rules you can live with.
- decide ahead of time how much you are going to eat
- use a small plate
- no seconds
- no soda
- eat out only occasionally
- at fast food restaurants, eat a couple of dollar menu items
- no nibbling or grazing (just eating whatever's around)
This calculator tells you how many calories you burn each day. Take the number you get and eat about 300 to 500 fewer calories per day and you should lose 1/2 to 1 pound per week.

You dont have to exercise a whole lot to loose weight but you must do some exercise. You just gotta find ways to burn your calorie intake at the same time you cut your calorie intake. You can do simple things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, take walks after you eat, buy a Swiss ball and leave it at work so you can replace it for you chair or you can jump on it a few times trough out the day. You dont have to just eat vegetables to loose weight but you gotta change how you eat. Try foods high in fiber because it makes you feel full longer than foods low in fiber. You can really eat more if you cut your meals down to smaller portions and eat them every 2 to 3 hours all day. You should get with someone and get a good meal plan and try to stay in motion all day if you can so you can keep the calories burning. Holla at me if you have more detail questions about working out losing weight.

Lower your expectations?
You lose weight safely and fastest by eating a well balanced diet and exercising. Everyone DOES have time to exercise - you just have to make it a priority. Start with 30 minutes, 3 times a week. Even if this is walking to the post box instead of driving to the post office, it counts. No one said you have to go to the gym.
As for the veggies - tough. I'm sure that there are some that you like. If it's not broccoli, try carrots. Hate asparagus, then have some tomatoes. You need 5 to 9 servings a day, so find some that you like, and go with these.
If you REALLY want to lose weight, then you will find the time to exercise, and will find some vegetables that you will like to eat. Veggies are just part of the equation - you need fruit, low-fat dairy, lean meat, and whole grains as part of a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet.

Instead of eating three or less meals a day, keep your calories around 1600 to 1800 range and spread them out to six meals a day.
You say you have no time for exercise but.......... Do you take the stairs? Do you park as far as possible from the door at work, the supermarket, etc.......? Do you watch more than one hour of TV a night?
Remember that muscle burns calories all the time. Fat stores the excess products your body doesn't use. Skipping meals causes your body to go into a preservation state and conserve and store all energy.

You will have to make time to exercise.
Maybe you could ride a bike or join a gym class for an hour a day. Take your family around the block, Make it a Family thing to get into shape.

Weight Watchers. I lost 50 lbs and didn't work out and pretty much ate the things I liked the whole way through. I've kept it off for a year so far!

Learn to acquire a taste for fruits and vegetables, and for crying out loud...don't try to tell us that you don't have time to exercise three times a week for twenty minutes a pop. It sounds to me like your problem is willpower and discipline.
