The chocolate shouldn't be an issue - snickers have minimal chocolate, even for a Chi.
Does she have tummy issues in general? If not, then she should digest this just like she would any treat.
You can also feed her some boiled white rice (NO flavourings) to help calm her tummy.
If you are worried about the chocolate, my vet told me to feed as much food as possible. This will slow the absorbtion of the the chocolate and also dilute it. My dog loved this idea, let me tell you.
Good luck to you!

First of all i want to say that all chocolate is toxic to dogs as it contains theobromine. I work in a emergency veterinary hospital and i have seen dogs seriously ill from the smallest amount of chocolate.
If your dog was larger then this wouldnt be a concern as milk chocolate contains alot less theobromine in it but as your dog is quite small i would call your vet and ask them what the toxic dose for your pet is. It all goes by weight and % cocoa. I am sure he will be fine but with chocolate the first signs you can notice is hyperactivity and gastritis. The main effects it has is on the kidneys and they can go into acute renal failure but that is normally when a larger amount is consumed.
As your dog is so wee call the vet and get the toxic dose to put your mind at rest, remember what your dog ate would be like a Labrador eating a whole bar which can be harmful.

Watch to make sure your dog doesn't look sick. After a few hours, you will know that your dog is fine. Chihuahuas are small so even an 8th of a candy bar could potentially damage them.
Hopefully, the dosage of chocolate was too small.
You will know if she is sick, take her to an emergency animal hospital if she appears to be in pain.

Chocolate contains theobromine which is toxic to dogs. You should watch your dog very carefully. If you have any doubt as to your dogs well being, take it to the vet ASAP. I don't know about giving it yogurt all that crap someone else mentioned. That's not going to work. A toxin has basically been introduced into your dogs system. It takes quite a bit too make your dog ill. Please be careful.

My small dog got ahold of a piece of brownie once! About 20 minutes later, she started having trouble breathing, and her heart was pounding! We sat with her for about 30 minutes, and she slowly improved, and got all better after about an hour! We probably should have taken her to the vet right away, but it was at night, and the emergency vet was quite a ways away!
So, if I was you I would call the vet and tell them, and they can tell you what to do! I know there's something you can give them to make them throw up, but can't remember!
So call you vet right away, and they can give you the right advice!
Good luck, and I hope your dog is OK!
My vet told me even a small amount of chocolate can harm a dog! Just keep a eye on her, after a hour, if she's still not having any signs of being sick, she should be ok!

Other than some potential diarrhea, there is not enough chocolate in a snickers bar to be toxic. Watch for vomit or diarrhea and if the pup isn't feeling good, as she may get dehyrated and need a vet.

She will probably not get sick at all. Dogs have to eat alot of chocolate for it to make them sick or be harmful. I wouldn't worry too much, just keep an eye on her for a day or two.

Keep an eye on her. It probably won't get her sick. If she gets lethargic within a couple of hours, call your vet, otherwise she's OK.
