Well, since you're drinking beer, my first thought would be that you may have Celiac disease--which is charcterized by a sensitivity to gluten. If you do have Celiac disease, foods like bread (and especially beer!) can cause you to feel bloating, discomfort and pain in your stomach. Do you get this feeling with any other foods, or any other types of alcohol? I know you said you didn't want to go to the doc, but this type of feeling after drinking beer is a sign of this disease. The doctor will take a blood test to determine whether you're affected or not, very simple. Something to think about anyway--hope this helps and good luck!

If you have ME, or a syndrome similar to that, (there are a few like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) you could have IBS, that is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. IBS is common with these illnesses.
You may just be starting to get it, and may be getting some bloating, pain in abdomen. Often people later get constipation, or diarrhoea or both alternating.
You may have a food intolerance. Or celiac disease. There are other several diseases that can affect the bowels.
It sounds like that pain is in that area, but can't tell you exactly of course.
You may be dehydrated also after drinking, since you will pee a lot of water out.

Drink less.
Now, I experienced a discomfort similar to what you described earlier- if I'm thinking of the same thing. But it faded off after I ate a dose of papaya enzyme tablets and drank a glass of water. I'm not saying this *will* work, but it can't hurt.
If you think there's something else going on, by all means see a doctor.
Good luck!

Sorry my answer would be don't drink. You are young but may be vulnerable to alchohol. The fatigue suggests you could also be diabetic. Give up the drinking and see if you improve. If you cannot give up alcohol then you are obviously alcohol dependent, which could lead to alcoholism. Why don't you want to see the doc - are you afraid of what they are going to say? Think seriously, your body is giving you warning signs so take heed.

Well its not your liver (unless its in a funny place).
You aren't a heavy drinker either so I am stumped. You would have other symtoms if it was an ulcer, so I'm afraid a trip to your GP is in order after all.
That is unless you are pregnant, which WOULD be interesting!
