You can't aquire any new debit without permission of the bankruptcy court till the current one is discharged; and I don't believe you can even use that much cash from a bankrupt accouting without the judge's permission.

Sure, if you can pay for it in cash without getting a mortgage.

You have no business getting a house 60 days after you file anyway. When someone files for bankruptcy they should be at point where they have nowhere left to turn financially. I cant imagine someone getting a house 60 days after that unless they won the lottery or got a huge inheritence.

Uh, NO. Reputable lenders will want to see that your bankruptcy has been discharged for at least 2 years with reestablished credit. You're too fresh off of the filing for even predatory lenders to work with you.
Take time to go therough the process of getting new credit accounts and reestablishing first, then think about a house later.

Why would u want to buy a home? U just filed for bankrupt and that means u can't pay you bills and u were in debt..

Not a good Idea..

if you filed for bankruptcy 60 days ago, how could you afford a house?! Unless you have 100% cash, no one will lend to you. Options- find a private investor who will put up the money for you and maybe do a lease-to-buy agreement.

I think it depends on where you live, but it's a min of 2 years, why would you want to do this if you just filed bankruptcy, you have to wait for a discharge anyways.

Unless your bankruptcy has discharged? Your only option would be the "Chinese pay plan" One lump sum.
