Please don’t tell me since you don’t believe in God, He can’t exist. If I don’t believe the sun will come up tomorrow, does my unbelief negate reality?

You want proof God does exist? (Ask your own question somewhere else.) I want proof He doesn’t exist. Answers only please, where are all the so-called thinkers?

Actually there is no proof that God doesn't exist.
The proof that he DOES exist is all around us and actually it is us too. But that is too much for some people to believe.
Ignorance and Arrogance are a dangerous combo.

The simple fact that no one can prove that there is a god. In 7th grade science class they will teach you about proof, and backing it up. If you state something as true, then the burden of proof is on you to prove it. Just ask any 13 year old with a C average.
On a personal note. When I look around and see children dying and suffering unjustly, that is my proof that god does not exist. There is no way a caring and loving god would let this go on.

There is no proof. You cannot prove a negative. The burden of proof rests with those making the positive statement.
I never said that I know 100% that god(s) don't exist.
Gods are not necessary for the universe to make sense.
There is no good reason to believe in god(s).
Even if god(s) exist, you cannot point to any religion as knowing the will of the god(s) better than the others

I think your question is fair if there are all kinds of people asking for proof that God exists, then you should be able to ask for proof that he doesn't. We can prove that santa claus, or the easter bunny doesn't exist so its a fair question.

Let's disprove the spaghetti monster real quick here. I would dig up information on this monster if there was any. I would find no historical books about this monster. I would have no eyewitnesses to this monster. There would be no country that actually agrees he existed. I would actually talk to intellectual minds to see if this thing existed. These are just a few examples. The question is not a degrading or hatefull one, he is just asking the same question that atheists ask christians, but in reverse.

they'll say the onus is on us to prove it. Personally, i can't PROVE it, I can only FEEL it. Yes I believe, but I still think this world in all its 'glory' pretty much SUCKS, and I feel bad my kids have to grow up in this world but we all struggle a bit during our lives with our faith or lack of.
Einstein, Dawkins, Descartes...all these great minds i'm certain have struggled to some degree with this philosophy so it's most certainly not a matter of INTELLIGENCE, that's what has to be clear.

The fact that you haven't been able to provide any proof should do the trick. Want to invest in my free energy scheme? I can't prove it works, but since you don't know anything about physics, you can't prove it doesn't. So why aren't you giving me money?
You're right, your beliefs don't dictate reality. And no matter how much you believe in god, he doesn't exist.

The burden of proof is on YOU to proof God DOES exist. you cannot prove a negative.
Why do the theists that ask these questions have no understanding of real world, science, or debate?

Well, right back to you!! Nobody has the proof he does exist! Your belief is brought on by your geographical location.. In other words ,if you were born in the Mideast, you would probably be Muslim..Why?? Brainwashed by religious zealots..

I don't really look for proof that there is no god. I have no agenda. If someone asserts there is a god,I merely ask them to provide proof of their claim

* It's impossible to prove a negative
* The burden of proof is on the one making the (positive) claim
* Your belief doesn't negate reality
* We know your specific god doesn't exist
* Even if he did, a baby murdered and kitten drowner would not deserve worship

Of course it is not possible to scour the entire universe at once to prove that any particular thing does not exist. However, given the gross absence of evidence in favor of god(s) and the fact that one is unnecessary and would have to go against the very laws of the universe, I feel comfortable saying that there is no god(s).
