Skim milk and low-fat milk contain all the same nutrients as whole milk, but they contains less fat and calories.

When the fat is removed from milk it loses fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins A D E and K. Skimmed milk has a higher concentration of calcium due to calcium not being fat soluble.

skim milk has the same nutritional value that whole milk does, it just has less fat.

whereas a glass of whole milk can contain 8g of fat per serving, skim milk contains less than 0.5g of fat.

It might. A lot of milk that you see in the door has vitamins added to it. Check the label.
