these deposits are not only ugly to look at but, they seem to pull strength from where they are. on hands, elbows,knees,and also on the front of where my foot meets leg . unsure if this is still considered a part of the ankle or not.

Make certain you get vitamin K or magnesium in your diet--also vitamin D, which is added to some milk. Limit your intake of milk and avoid as much fat and oils as possible.

Eat as many raw fruits as you can as well as vegetables (steamed are okay).

It's also a good idea to take a calcium supplement (believe it or not, deposits come from calcium deficiency) and it is best supplied in the form of calcium citrate or calcium lactate taken more than once per day rather than only once.

I had extensive calcification of the rotor cuff tendon? My shoulder. They used the lithrotripsey machine to break it up and all has been pain free since.

you need to go to a doctor, and he/she will suggest a surgery to remove it
