It'sdifficultto say for certain, depending on the exact cause of the headache and what you have taken for it already. I can tell you that Tylenol 1's have 15 mg of caffeine and 8 mg codeine, and reccommended dose for adults is 2 caplets every 4-6 hours.

Don't ingest too much caffeine, especially if you're taking an OTC headache med--they have caffeine added. Too much will raise your blood pressure and give you a different kind of headache!!! Try putting an icepack or cool rag on the back of your neck and/or your forehead. Lie down for little while, too. This usually helps.

it depends. if you used to have alot of caffienne and you haven't been having as much lately than you may be having a caffienne headache. it means that your body is adjusting to the lower intake of caffiene. if you have been trying to stop drinking so much caffiene and want to be healthier than you just need to grudge it out. you can use painkillers too tho. But if it isn't this than dont have any caffiene, alot of my friends said that when their wisdom teeth came in their whole face could be hurting, usually on jaw and headaches though. both are regular though.

It depends on what's causing the headache. Usually one cup does it for me, or sometimes two.

But keep in mind that dehydration and mild malnutrition can cause headaches too- in which case you shouldn't drink coffee. Instead, try lots of water or perhaps a small snack with a lot of protein.
