Define "good"... Also, the longevity of a running shoe is the same no matter what shoe you wear: 6 months or between 350-550 miles depending on your running style, body weight, and the surface on which you run.

Your best bet is to go to your local running store, let them evaluate your gait and have them make shoe suggestions based on your build, goals and needs. They can try to find something in your budget too, maybe something will be on sale.

Good luck!

Go with a nice model of Asics like the Gel Kaynos or the Gel Nimbus. Asics are durable, comfortable, and stable. Good Luck.

the two are patently good high quality volleyball shoes so the two certainly one of them could be a great shoe to purchase. i individually love the Asics shoes because of the fact they're gentle and could final a protracted time. they're additionally commonly greater much low cost than the Mizuno volleyball shoes yet are nevertheless good high quality. yet this easily relies upon on your own determination for shoes. you may desire to objective to objective them on in the previous you purchase them to be certain which sort works precise for you. determine which you do save the shoes clean and only placed on them on the courtroom. this could desire to assist in making the grip final longer! i'm hoping I helped!
