Erudite, you've returned. That's too darned bad, you waste of electrons.
I thought you were leaving us for good because all your other blogs/news sites/slander sites had come back on line!
Too bad you couldn't live up to your promises. Seems like all the American Soldiers serving today can do that.

My sense is that I am not alone in "tuning out" what both the President and Vice-president have to say.
I suspect by this time, the only people listening to either Cheney or Bush are a very small group of immovable supporters. I suspect as well that the numbers who have not made up their minds is "nil".
We have heard the "SOS Different Day" rhetoric before ...I am totally indifferent to what either Bush or Cheney say. I don't "tune-in" ... I "tune-out."

When you make up a fake news column, at least TRY to come up with a fake columnist name to put at the top instead of "By ,Associated Press Writer". Oh, and the obvious biased commentary at the end, while true to form of actual media bias, wasn't quite subtle enough. Keep working at it, though--you might actually fool somebody one of these days.
Oh, and in response to "bettercockster" (I find it difficult to take someone seriously when they call themselves something like that): while I'm not disputing that ten people died, I am questioning why people like Erudite find it okay to make light of it--the day after Memorial Day, no less--by spewing their own political rubbish. Erudite plays this game all the time--either by insulting soldiers and veterans directly, or indirectly by posting fake news columns like this one. If you frequent Yahoo Answers enough, you'll see him do this nonsense dozens of times a day; makes you wonder if he does anything productive for a living.

That is sad....
and no, not happy to hear.
P.S.
Don't take him so seriously. I made that mistake. Just laugh. Some stuff is offensive... but some pretty funny. Just be glad he gives you something to get riled up about... it's fun to answer when you are pissed.
