If you have a clear title to a vehicle that is paid off you can use that to get a loan.

There's no way anyone here can really help. You have the option of a payday loan place, but will end up paying over 600% interest if you can't pay it back on time.

sorry

You know, even though the company is threatening to take you to court, you can make a PARTIAL payment and continue to pay on the debt; that should keep you out of court. And FYI, them threatening to take you to court and actually doing it are two different things.

Plus, the court process takes months if not years - you can continue to pay right up to the court date...make them look the fool.

send them anything you can - now

If they take you to court its not the end of the world, then you go get a job and pay them back their money.

Sounds like you are a little late in asking this question, now you have to man up and deal with it rather then panicking and borrowing the money from someone. A job would definitely help.
