i know a girl can't get pregnant when she has sex for the first time, but my wife has a baby in her tummy and we've only had sex once! does this mean she's cheating on me?

Okay, whoever told you that a girl CAN'T get pregnant the first time is ignorant. YES she can get pregnant the first time, the second time, the tenth time, the fifteenth time. Doesn't matter!! If it is unprotected it can happen. Does this mean she's cheating on you. I would say NO, but I don't know you or her. Would you be ignorant to think that your wife is cheating on you if you only had sex a few times and is now pregnant...YES!

Well you must be a newlywed. Your wife can very easliy get pregnant the first time, it is very common. You and your wife should go to the doctor and decide what you are going to do. She will need prenatal care and you need to let her know that you will be there for her. This is probably very hard for her, and if you don't trust her you could be making it worse.

I believe that a woman can get pregnant the first time. I would get a DNA test to ease your mind. If you have doubts it may eventually ruin your relationship.
