Software to spoof activity so you dont get logged out?

Does anyone know of software that will make it look like you are still using a web page so it does not log you out due to inactivity. I have a web page I need to keep up, but it logs me out after 10 mins of inactivity!

hopefully software that I can tell what window to 'refresh' every 10 mins because I wont always be in that window

Get a keyboard macro and set it to press F5 every 9 mins
