How many Questions, tell me who the company is and I will let know if it's worth going for and i will help you further if required.

You have to answer these your self be positive about your answers and answer them in a manor you think the employer is looking for.

Addition
I could have helped you in a JOB winning chance but you blew it!!! you just wanted to have someone answer these for you and therefore not really interesting in the job.

I know most kids get their Parents to do all their Course Work, however I beleive any commercial company would ensure candidates for jobs are not informed of teh questions in advance ...

So I'm going to guess you are applying to somewhere run by the ignorant idiots employed as 'Managers' by the Government (eg, hospital, school etc).

This being the case, the answers you require are :-
"This role interests me because it allows me to interact with a racially diverse group of intellectually challenged stakeholders

"In my next role I would like to take a more pro-active part in ensureing equal opportunites for the disadvantaged technically excluded.

"I believe this organisation will help me achieve my full portential whilst allowing my to make best use of my talents to assist the oppressed and exploited.

and so on ...
